Terms of use
These public materials provide general manufacturing AI education. They do not approve a production workflow or replace your company's authorized decision makers.
Operator and acceptance
Magnetta LLC operates this academy through the Magnetta AI brand. By requesting and verifying an academy account, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the versioned Privacy Notice shown at registration. Questions can be sent to brad@magnettaai.com.
Educational information
The academy is not legal, cybersecurity, export-control, quality, engineering, accounting or regulatory advice. Examples use fictional or public information and must be adapted only with the approval of the relevant company owners.
No production authority
Reading a resource, completing a lesson or earning a certificate does not grant employer authorization, Microsoft tenant administration rights, production-publishing authority, professional licensure or accreditation.
Human review and source checking
AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Users remain responsible for checking authoritative sources and following their employer's policies, customer requirements and approval procedures.
Prohibited information
Do not place customer-restricted, export-controlled, CUI, classified, PHI, credential, safety-critical or production information into this public website. No public page asks for document uploads.

Source links are provided for traceability. Magnetta does not control external websites, and a link does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or a current partnership.
Controlled-alpha availability
The academy is an early, best-effort service with no uptime, response-time, production-support or consulting commitment. Magnetta may change, pause or discontinue a lesson or the alpha to protect participants, correct content or keep operation manageable. Saved progress or a feature may not always remain available.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse sign-in links, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service, submit unlawful material or use the academy to authorize a controlled business decision. Magnetta may restrict access needed to protect participants or the service.
Account access and email choice
Academy accounts use time-limited passwordless links. Do not forward a sign-in link. Initial MVP registration requires the separate, unchecked newsletter choice shown on the registration form. A later unsubscribe does not end academy access. Magnetta may still send essential authentication, security, account or requested-service messages.
Account control
Members may edit newsletter preferences, remove optional profile information, sign out and permanently delete the academy account. The Privacy Notice explains the limited evidence and suppression records retained after deletion.
Content and learner work
Magnetta retains rights in the academy, lessons, fictional scenarios and Magnetta-provided materials. Learners may use downloaded exercises and completion records for their own learning and internal discussion, subject to any notice supplied with a resource. Submit only synthetic or explicitly approved non-sensitive material.
